Ponds BB+ Cream Review and Swatches!

Sometimes life as a beauty blogger sucks but most of the times I enjoy being a BB. It gives me an excuse to try out new products.Like the fuchsia lipstick I got the other day which I knew I would not wear outside my home but the color was super pretty. So I gave myself d excuse that I wanted to review it for the blog :)

Don't ask me y am I rambling. I am hungry and tired and literally falling asleep on the keyboard.

After test driving the new BB cream I am gonna give u a ride on what r my thots on it ( Okay it did not sound right!!)

I got the small 9g tube for testing purpose for Rs.69 :)

The BB+ cream has a uber cute and travel friendly packaging. I have started carrying a new tube in my office bag. No worries of spillage.
D nozzle helps in economical usage as we can control the disposition of the product.I also like the fact that they have d 9g tube which can be purchased for trial purposes.

The texture of the cream is thicker compared to the Garnier and Maybelline counterparts. But it actually spreads better than those 2.
The Maybelline and garnier ones require me to compulsorily use a moisturizer underneath.I can skip moisturizing with Ponds if my skin behaves well :)
IMO this is better suited to dry skin.

Only 1 shade is available- Natural Cover. It might not suit dusky/dark skin.
The cream initially gave me a whitish cast but it died down after a few seconds. So do not panic if u find ur skin looking grey/white.
This one does not make my skin oily. FYI I got normal-dry skin.
The best part is that it brightens my skin and adds a slight glow.
The coverage is medium in the sense it lightens pigmentation/marks but does not fully cover them.

Has good SPF content- 30 PA++. Higher the + after PA means better protection from UVA rays :)

What is with the Fairness claims??? Indian gals are now smart enuf to know that fairness does not mean beautiful ;)

VERDICT :
It is a decent product if u do not crib about the fairness claims or the lack of shade selection  :) But personally I like my Garnier BB cream better as of now.
